About Home Delivery
Nourishing Hope offers monthly home delivery of groceries to seniors and people with disabilities who are unable to pick up groceries in person. To be eligible for a home delivery, clients must live within our service area. The delivery address must be:
- North of North Avenue
- South of Devon Avenue
- East of Western Avenue
This service area covers all of 60614, 60613, 60657, 60640, and 60660, as well as the eastern parts of 60647, 60625, 60618, and 60659. If your zip code is not listed here, you are not eligible for our Home Delivery program.
(Nourishing Hope recently launched a new home delivery program on the South and West Sides, but it’s still in the early stages of development and not yet open for public enrollment.)
If you are in our service area and need your groceries delivered to you, or you are referring someone who needs a home delivery, please contact us and we’ll get back to you as possible.
Please note, deliveries are only made on Saturdays, and we are unable to make emergency deliveries.
If you live outside of our service area, please contact the Greater Chicago Food Depository at 773-247-3663 to find a home delivery program that serves your address.
