Katie Adams
Manager of Food Operations & Logistics
Katie joined Nourishing Hope as Assistant Pantry Coordinator in August of 2018 and was promoted to Manager of Food Operations in 2019. She had been a volunteer with the organization for several years prior to joining the staff. Katie has been in the non-profit world for her whole career, previously working for Habitat for Humanity and in professional theatre. She is glad to have a position that allows her to be on her feet much of the day interacting with our fantastic corps of volunteers.
A Seattle native, Katie came to the Midwest to attend college at Northwestern University and has been a Chicagoan ever since. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, hiking, backpacking, dance, board games and cats.
