Pantry Coordinator

Minerva joined Lakeview Pantry as a Pantry Coordinator in April 2019. Prior to the Pantry, she served as a Teacher Assistant for special needs post-high school students in Highland Park, IL and as a Social Services Coordinator at St. Aloysius Parish. She has multi-industry experience in administrative support, program management, logistics, inventory management, event planning and client relations.

Minerva holds a Certificate in Logistics – Shipping and Receiving from the Greater West Town Community Project and is bilingual in Spanish.
