Home-Based Support Services Case Manager

Eva holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Illinois State University. Prior to joining Lakeview Pantry in December of 2018, Eva spent 8 years providing home-based comprehensive care to seniors and adults with disabilities while working in the healthcare industry. Most of Eva’s work has been with the geriatric and adult populations, focusing on adjustment, social isolation, end of life issues, complex medical histories, and chronic illness.

Eva has a strengths-based approach to therapy, with a focus on self-determination, humanism, and harm reduction. Eva is fluent in Polish and strives to provide culturally sensitive services to our clients.
