Volunteer Program Assistant

Anna joined Lakeview Pantry in October 2019 as the Volunteer Program Assistant, where she helps lead volunteer shifts and handles administrative duties for the volunteer department. Previously, she served as the Volunteer Intern at the Pantry through Tyson’s Community Internship program. She has also worked as a Peer Advisor at Loyola University Chicago and has volunteered weekly at the National Runaway Safeline.
 
Anna grew up in Glen Ellyn, a northwest suburb of Chicago, and moved to Rogers Park when she started at Loyola. She will graduate in December 2019 with a degree in sociology and a minor in women studies and gender studies. In her free time, she loves swimming in the lake and hanging out with her four roommates.
