Manager of Social Services
Lakeview Pantry is currently accepting resumes for a Manager of Social Services. This position manages all aspects of the Social Services program and provides walk-in case management services and long-term services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Conducting intake, assessments and service plans. 2. Maintaining accurate client case records that include assessments, interventions, service plans, and case notes. 3. Providing information and referrals to connect clients with other social service agencies in the community. 4.
