Lakeview Pantry Home Delivery Program

On three Saturday mornings every month, Lakeview Pantry delivers food to some of the people in our neighborhood who need it most: elderly, physically disabled and homebound people, who otherwise could not receive our services.

Begun in 1989 by a coalition of north side Chicago pantries, the home delivery program is now completely operated by Lakeview Pantry. This program delivers food to more than 190 individuals each month.

We are also looking for volunteers to assist with home delivery in order to meet the increase in demand for this service. We need volunteers to help pack food bags and set up for delivery, as well as adults who can make food deliveries in their own car or truck.
