Lakeview East Festival of the Arts! – September 13-14, 2014
For 10 years, the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce has presented one of the most unique and popular art festivals in Chicago. Once again, Lakeview Pantry will be a beneficiary! This popular fest showcases more than 150 juried artists featuring paintings, sculpture, photography, furniture, jewelry, and more. In addition to the art, the Festival has become a center of activity for the weekend with live demonstrations, entertainment stages, family activities and a garden oasis.

Schubas Pig, Swig & Record Dig! – September 20, 2014

Schubas will host their fourth annual record fair with all raffle ticket proceeds going directly to Lakeview Pantry! They will be raffling off tons of cool stuff throughout the day, including autographed screen prints, gift certificates, prizes from our vendors, and a grand prize package featuring a pair of five-day festival passes to Tomorrow Never Knows 2015.
Browse a massive selection of new and vintage CDs & LPs from Chicago’s most trusted record labels and stores, while enjoying the smell of crackling pork skin from the suckling pig roasting outside and drinking discounted beverages from Revolution Brewing. In fact, Schubas and Revolution Brewing have teamed up to host the “Cans For A Can” Drive: Bring in some canned goods for Lakeview Pantry and your first Revolution beer is on the house! Lakeview Pantry will also have an information table set up, so come say hello!
