In the early morning hours of Saturday, July 23, Chicago had a tremendous thunderstorm, and parts of the city received as much as seven inches of rain overnight. Staff at LVP West came to work on Saturday morning to find several inches of rain water.
Staff and volunteers worked quickly to mop up over 12 gallons of water before clients arrived.
